great location helpful staff convenient breakfast slow elevator unpartioned shower inconvenient key
the location was superb it was very close to main attractions i could easily walk to il duomo and santa croce basilica the staff were nice and helpful they made my stay comfortable the breakfast included was a nice perk and it was convenient to start my day with it
the elevator was really slow it took quite a while to go up to the fourth floor and back down the shower wasn't partitioned off properly the water went everywhere in the small bathroom also i had to return my key every time i left the hotel which was a little inconvenient

Excellent stay near the Duomo
convenient location helpful staff restaurant recommendations
i was very pleased the hotel was close to the duomo the sunlight on the duomo was nice during a morning walk the staff provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants i liked that they booked dinner for me.
the steps to the rooms were a bit inconvenient the lift does not reach ground level i needed to carry luggage up a few steps to reach the rooms this could be difficult with mobility issues.

the breakfast had a reasonable choice of items plentiful coffee was always available i found the staff in the cafeteria very kind and attentive each morning.

the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well rooms are serviced daily i appreciated that the cleaning ladies kept the rooms smelling fresh each day of my stay.

the hotel is near the city center i could easily walk to many attractions the location made it simple to explore different parts of the area without needing transportation.

the hotel provides a terrace with plants i found the views of the surroundings to be excellent the terrace offered a relaxing space to unwind after a day of sightseeing i enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace.

excellent location helpful staff spacious room
The location was excellent. It made exploring very easy. i liked that the staff were available all the time, always helpful. my room was quite spacious which was a relief after traveling.
The elevator was slow. I preferred taking the stairs, though it was on the fourth floor.

The breakfast offered a lovely choice of croissants and toast. Various spreads were available too. coffee, teas and juices were offered with breakfast. I enjoyed starting my day this way.

Staff were very friendly and cute always ready to help with requests. the 24-hour reception provided a reassuring sense of security. It was good to know someone was always available.

The room included air conditioning, very welcome and needed. rooms were always kept clean and tidy. I found this very nice. the size of the room was good. I had enough space for my luggage.
